In case the age of the bride or groom is below the minimum age limit then the marriage will not be considered valid. 
 
 
Any person who belongs to Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, or Sikhism is eligible for marriage in accordance with the customs of Arya Samaj. In case both couples follow the same faith, the marriage can be registered under the Hindu Marriage Act of 1955. However, if their beliefs differ, then the couple can register their marriage under the Special Marriage Act of 1954. 
 
 
However, if you or your partner is a Muslim, Christian, Parsi, or Jew then you might not be eligible for marriage in accordance with Arya Samaj customs. In such a case, you or your partner might have to convert to another religion for becoming eligible.
